Sugar sponges. Techniques

1- BTF Triplex Technique.

The technique developed by Dr. Alex is needed to make turned lips. It is a combination of three components: (B - Botox, T - Treadlift (threads), F - filler).

1. F - filler:

• Separate a triangle on each of the halves of the upper lip;
• put the drug in the form of two large X's passing through these triangles, creating a framework;
• separate the lower lip in the same way, but with one large inverted triangle;
• place the drug with an X through the lower triangle;
• put boluses in each of the triangles (with saline, hyaluronic acid, etc.).

2. T - tredlifting:

• Insert a 12mm or 25mm thread into the lip contour, creating a framework.

3. B - Botox:

• put 1-2 units of the drug in the vertexes of the lips (2 points at the top and 2 at the bottom);
• thanks to the above manipulation, the circular muscle of the mouth relaxes and the lip turns out on its own.

2. Mesorollers with a patch

Procedure

Procedure

• Separation with an empty needle can be carried out both in the horizontal and vertical planes in TP techniques.

4. Working with a bent needle

This technique does not differ from the usual ones, except that it makes it easier to bypass the nose. When carrying it out as well as the previous one, you need to choose the place of separation of the lips: on top or on the bottom.

5. Working with cannulas

Cannulas are long needles that are used to make fewer injections and minimize traumatization of vessels. They are blunt and are unable to pierce the skin. They always come with a needle in the kit, which is used to make the injection.

Procedure

• Make an injection with the needle that comes with the cannula set.
• Insert the cannula over the entire surface (usually on the lower lip, but you can also do it on the upper lip).
